Refunds
We always want our customers to be happy. But www.dubaiandholidays.com is not responsible for any quality of  service from the merchant. There is no refund on any bookings done, unless the merchant refuses to accept any valid booking.  Invalid/Expired bookings are non-refundable, and no booking is valid for exchange of cash. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.


Age Requirement
www.dubaiandholidays.com Users/Subscribers are only eligible to register/subscribe/transact at www.dubaiandholidays.com if they are 18 years of age & above.


Credit/Debit Card Usage
Please ensure that the bookings done through Credit/Debit Card is with your own Credit/Debit Card using your own www.dubaiandholidays.com account, and not a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party www.dubaiandholidays.com account. Any purchase that is done through a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party www.dubaiandholidays.com account, will entail to invalidation of a booking done through that Account/Card at any time, and no refunds will be offered by www.dubaiandholidays.com.
Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.


Payment  Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.


Cancellation policy
If trip cancelled / amended 48 hrs prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges will be applicable.
If trip cancelled / amended within 24 to 48 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
If trip cancelled / amended 24 hrs prior to the tour date or in the event of no show, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
